We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return most items sold by SolarAegis.com within 60 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund. Items that are not permitted to be replaced or returned are described below under "Ineligible Returns/Replacements." If a refund is issued, the purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax/GST/PSTwill be credited. |
- Requesting a Refund: When requesting an eligible refund, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item as well as the per pound shipping rate. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment.
- Ineligible Returns/Replacements:
We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
- Processing Your Return:
Please allow 21 days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail or postal mail confirming that your return has been received and processed.
